1. MRF Tyres Ltd, Chennai – Year 1979 to 1984
Job Responsibilities:
Worked has the maintenance supervisor responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance and trouble shooting of various machines. Due the involvement and commitment the persons in top management and middle management still remembers me till today.
2. SIEMENS India Ltd., Chennai – Year 1984 to 1992
Job Responsibilities:
Worked as the service engineer for Siemens 33KV, 11KV and 440V VCBs, OMCB and ACB, LT and HT motors, AC, DC and servo drives, CNC machines and PLC. The job involves installation, preventive maintenance and trouble shooting of various machines supplied with Siemens products at various sites throughout India.
3. PRESS METAL BHD, Malaysia Year 1992 – 1998
Job Responsibilities:
Started as Maintenance engineer and promoted to a chief engineer in one year period for the total plant responsible for the installation, operation, maintenance and trouble shooting of various machines like 35Ton aluminum gas fired melting furnace, homogensing furnace, Aging oven, 2000 Ton Aluminum extrusion press, extrusion handling machines, aluminum anodizing plant and dry powder coating line. The undersigned also was debuted to Italy and Taiwan for the buying of the new machines and also for the technology transfer.
4. COLT PROCESS AUTOMATION, Chennai Year 1998-1999 (January)
Job Responsibilities:
Worked as a Vice President for the operation of the Rockwell automation products division. During the above period undersigned was responsible for the total operation of the group which includes system engineering and commissioning. This experiences given the commercial and administration exposure for the business which was started next.
5. EURO PROCESS AUTOMATIK , Chennai Year -1999 (February)
Job Responsibilities:
Started as service provider for industrial drives and PLC’s and was appointed as India’s first system integrator for Eurotherm products in Chennai till 2003 and was appointed as authorized system integrator ABB products since 2003.
Our exposure starts from the basic Engineering, selection of suitable components, installations, commissioning, and after sales services. We do the energy saving consultancy in the process plants, engineering industries and also at the commercial establishments.
During the above association we have done challenging jobs on energy savings and automation systems.
We are associated with TVS Group companies since year 1999 (Sundaram Clayton Ltd, Wheels India Ltd, Brakes India Ltd, Sundaram Fasteners Ltd, Sundaram Brake Linings Ltd) on the supply of automation system on the inline inspection, assembly, utilities and also in the Zero Defect 5S projects.
We have supplied R&D testing equipment for the compressor and inline testing equipment with Mechanical design and with Servo and PLC with NI software for the Wabco India Ltd, Padi.
We have done the revamping and retrofitting of additional automation system on the Wheels India Cut to Length system, wheel Butt welding and roll former machines.
We have done the revamping of automation on the multi Gun Profile cutting machine at Hindustan Motor Ltd (Caterpillar Ltd) on their imported machine during 2002.
We have done the automation on the glass tempering plant at Saint Gobain Glass Chennai, Mahaveer Glass(FUSO) Chennai and Hyderabad.
We have done the automation for the fruit (mango, Gova, Papaya etc) pulp industry automation from washing to end vacuum packing and also on the evaporator system in the Krishanagiri, Bangalore and Chittur area.
Our first export order to USA for the Biomass power Plant total system with PLC, Power controls Panel to UEM, USA Florida 2012 and successfully commissioned from remote thro internet access.
Supply, Installation and commissioning to FORD MOTOR, INDIA in 2009 with Siemens Germany S7 300 PLC/HMI and Win CC SCADA for total system and data acquisition system.
Supply, Installation and commissioning of 500KW and 50KW DC drive system to ISRO, Mahendragiri for R&D test center with ABB PLC and HMI in 2012.
Supply, Installation and commissioning of SUJANA Steel rolling Plant DC Drives of 315KW..14 Nos in a single line with ABB PLC and HMI in 2004 and upgraded with SCADA for the total line.
Supply, Installation and commissioning PLC and DC Drive automation of Flying Shear on JPR Steel Rolling Mill.
Supply, Installation and commissioning of 2500A ACB Panel, 250KW AC Drive and DC drive at VIKI Steel rolling Plant, Chennai and Naidupet.
Supply, Installation and commissioning of 4000A Double Bus panel of 24 meters long with EB, Turbine, DG systems and complete plant 25 nos MCC panels and PLC weighing system at Beach Minerals, Tuticorin plant and 500KW AC Drive system for Ball mill.
Supply, Installation and commissioning of 830A DC Drive for TATA Motors Pune for Dynamo meter R& D Test Bench.
Supply, Installation and commissioning of 400KW,250KW and 150KW DC drive system to Brakes India Ltd, Padi R&D for dynamometer test center.
Supply, Installation and commissioning of CNC System of Siemens retrofit to the present machine at IGCAR, Kalpakkam and Montan Hydraulic, Chennai.
