We would like to introduce our self as leading suppliers of ONLINE UPS Tested PCBs. Generally Online UPS Cards are dived in to four or five cards namely Power Supply card, Mother card, Driver card or Driver cards (2 Nos. or 4 Nos.) and Annunciations card. We have to wire all the cards together to make an Online UPS.The wiring process is more laborious and time consuming. More wiring means chances of more mistakes also possible. Mistakes may coast you more like IGBT failures and time. The designer is a graduate Engineer in Electrical and Electronics with 29 years of experience in UPS/Inverter. From the experience and difficulties gathered from the production of Online UPS by wiring more number of cards, we decided to make a single card for Online UPS from 3 KVA to 40 KVA Single Phase and 9 KVA to 120 KVA Three Phase.
The card is designed with ATMEL Micro controller based High frequency PWM Technology. The card size is less than A4 size paper. Switching frequency is 12 KHz. Out put frequency is 50.01Hz with output regulation of 230 V +/- 1%. Pure Sine wave is assured from no load to full load. IGBT Drivers with over gate-current protection trip arrangements used to avoid IGBT damages. Annunciations include Inverter on, over load, Battery low with time delay, output voltage high and trip with audio and visual indications.
The card is designed for 120V DC .For other lower or higher voltages like 48V, 60V, 72V, 240Vand 360V additional supplementary SMPS Power supply card is available from the required voltage to 120 V DC.By adopting the supplementary card, Online UPS can be produced from 48 V DC to 360V DC.The capacity of the UPS may be from 3 KVA to 40 KVA Single Phase.
